Interview Summary

Dickey talks about the life he lived and the memories he has of going to school in Etowah, Tennessee. Much of this interview is Dickey discussing his relationship with his father as well as his father's career, his family, and his father's wishes for Dickey when he was growing up. Another large aspect of this interview is Dickey's military service and his cousin, Claude "Steel Arm" Dickey.
