Interview Summary
Rachel Savane (Guinea, 1990-1992; Community Development Program) describes her Peace Corps training in Senegal, her living situation in the village, and her travels. She discusses becoming a rural community development volunteer in a village in Guinea and succeeding in getting funds to complete construction on a health center. In addition, Savane talks about a bicycle accident she was in and meeting her future husband, Mamadou Savane, at the end of her tour.Interview Accession
