Project: Peace Corps: The Returned Peace Corps Volunteer Oral History Project
Interview Summary

She talks about her experience with her host family, with host country national friends and counterparts, and with fellow Peace Corps volunteers. Jessie also talks about the influence of the Nicaraguan Revolution on her community and on the country’s political atmosphere. She tells many vibrant stories about celebrations, food, her host family, and nights under the starry sky.
