Interview Summary

Mr. Mosher discussed his career with American Electric and its subsidiary, Kentucky Power; his views on HB1 from the industry standpoint; his founding chairmanship of the KCTCS Foundation and service on the foundation board; building the foundation in the early years; his sales pitch to industry leaders to solicit their support for KCTCS; the ?Fulfilling the Promise? capital campaign; the benefactors gala; the relationship between KCTCS and industry, especially his work in establishing the lineman?s program at Ashland Community and Technical College and its influence on other programs. He also offers an assessment of Dr. McCall personally and professionally, but laments they never played golf together.
