Interview Summary
Gover discusses many different projects that have been implemented to improve the environment in Letcher County. He discusses septic systems in the county. Gover also discusses the appliance buyback program they used to run. He talks about Letcher County's unique door-to-door garbage and recycling collection programs. Gover discusses the sources of funding for their projects. He talks about difficulties with enforcement and how consumerism has led to more issues with litter.
