Project Summary

These interviews were originally recorded by Dr. Dee Dlugonski as part of the Champions of Active Women podcast that is supported by the University of Kentucky Active Women’s Health Initiative, which was renamed the Active Girls & Healthy Women Initiative. Interviews feature conversations with active female role models and individuals who support the active pursuits of girls and women. Guests include elite, recreational, and everyday athletes, clinicians, coaches, and teachers.
