Interview Summary
Mackenzie Miller, a Hall of Fame Thoroughbred trainer, was born in Versailles, Kentucky in 1921. In this interview, Miller shares stories and experiences related to his more than fifty years in the Thoroughbred industry, including his work as a private trainer for Charles Engelhard and Paul Mellon. Miller reflects on his family, early years building a public stable, his favorite horses, racetrack experiences, and winning the 1993 Kentucky Derby with Sea Hero.Interview Accession
