Interview Summary

In this first in a series of interviews with Carole Gnatuk, daughter Ruth Bryan asks her mother of German descent to describe the foodways of her upbringing, as well as those she discovered by marrying into an Irish family, and how food brought together a small community in Venezuela that she and her husband lived in during the 1970's.
