Interview Summary
Tim Glotzbach, the director of the Student Crafts program at Berea College, talks about how he came to teach crafts and what he hopes students, regardless of their life paths, gain from the program. He and the interviewer, Amanda Fickey, also discuss the meaning and value of handmade products, as well as the Appalachian Artisan Center in Hindman, Kentucky and the struggles of encouraging the arts in developing areas.Interview Accession
