Interview Summary

In this interview, Edward Allen Farris discusses his career in Kentucky politics during the period of 1948-1959. He talks about the career of former Kentucky Governor and United States Senator, Earle Clements, for whom Farris served as his chief of staff in Frankfort, Kentucky. Farris also provides his insights on the nature of political factions that dominated during that time.
