Interview Summary

In this interview, Judith Moffett discusses 1988 through 1991. She describes being diagnosed with cancer, treatment, and survival. Moffett also talks about receiving a John W. Campbell Award for the best new writer, her second major science fiction award. She discusses finishing "The Ragged World," her most successful book, in 1989, writing "Chickasaw Slave" for a series on alternate histories, and the story"Realms of Glory," about the Angel Moroni. In addition, Moffett talks about "Time Like an Ever-Rolling Stream" that was published in 1992 after extensive revisions.
