Interview Summary
This interview with Deana and Mitchell Morgan begins with a discussion of their childhoods. They talk about their childhood homes and what they did for recreation. Moving on to environmental topics, the Morgans talk about how their family obtained water and disposed of waste. They then talk in detail about recycling programs and what materials can be recycled.The Morgans also talk about their involvement with Eastern Kentucky Personal Responsibility in a Desirable Environment (PRIDE) and trash disposal. They then talk about trash disposal in Russell County (Ky.), specifically. They talk about a program that allowed businesses to recycle materials. They then talk about suggestions for businesses to start their own recycling programs. They then talk about waste disposal in landfills.
