Interview Summary
This is an interview with Patricia Tripp - a veteran of the Vietnam War who served as a nurse in the Navy. She talks about growing up in rural Ohio before going to dental assisting school and nursing school. She then enlisted in the Navy as a nurse and talks about her first duty station at Naval Air Station Corpus Christi, before she went to Guam and treated soldiers returning from Vietnam on their way back to the United States. Tripp then talks about returning to the United States and finishing her career with the Navy before retiring.Interview Accession
