Interview Summary
Now retired from the University of Kentucky, Adams' early career focused what was called, at the time, "salvage archaeology" relating to dam construction in the Colorado River and Nile River basin. His had considerable experience working for UNESCO in Nubia. Following his work there he was hired at the University of Kentucky to support the development of the applied anthropology PhD program.Interview Accession
