Project: Student Projects: West Chester University Student Peer to Peer Oral History Project
Interview Summary
William Joseph Pero is a third year History major with a minor in political science and philosophy at West Chester University and is planning to pursue a law degree afterwards. In this interview, we cover much of Williams childhood experiences growing up in a turbulent but loving family, overcoming the adversity in his life to always improve himself, as well as the rapid development of technology through that childhood and into his adult life. We also cover his unique life during COVID-19 and how it has and still is affecting him, as well as his thoughts on many of the current social issues facing our nation that arose out of the COVID pandemic. William is keenly interested in the Opioid epidemic that is silently destroying the lives of so many, and in this interview, William goes into great detail about this horrible situation and how he wants to combat it.Interview Accession
