Interview Summary

In this interview, Dr. Neil Padgett of Owensboro, Kentucky discusses a variety of topics concerning medicine and health in his community and across the nation. He discusses the issues of abortion, Medicare and Medicaid, pregnancy and childcare, AIDS, and drug use. He also gives his opinion on the leaders in Owensboro, as well as community programs and politics in the region.
