Interview Summary
This interview with Judge Jerry Vaughn begins with a discussion of when and where he was born. He describes his childhood home and talks about how his family obtained water and disposed of trash. Vaughn then talks about recycling and his involvement with Eastern Kentucky Personal Responsibility in a Desirable Environment (PRIDE) in Adair County (Ky.). He also gives suggestions for a cleaner and safer environment, such as tire amnesty programs and fines for littering and illegal dumping.Interview Accession
