Interview Summary

Judge Erica Lee Williams discusses her life and professional career. She shares the military career of her father and the service of her other family members. Williams graduated law school in 2002. Williams shares the importance of her family and the desire to create a legacy for her own child. She offers some insights about how to increase minority participation in the legal field and reminds listeners of the importance of community involvement.
