Interview Summary

Henry Scott came to the University of Kentucky in 1926 and graduated in 1930. In this interview he discusses his decision to attend the University of Kentucky, and his education within the College of Agriculture. He talks about some of his favorite professors and discusses administrators like university president Frank McVey.

Scott talks about joining the Alpha Gamma Rho fraternity and discusses social events on campus. He talks about the atmosphere on campus during the late 1920s. He discusses campus politics, including his position as president of the Men's Student Council. He discusses the role of athletics at the university, and talks about students causing trouble in town and on campus. Scott talks about what he gained from his college experiences.
