Olivia Lowe gives a brief overview of her 12 years of U.S. Naval service (2002-2014). She talks about her basic training experiences, and her reasons for joining and departing the service. She talks about her experiences on the Atlantic Coast, on three ships, with NATO, in Europe, and the Middle East.
