Interview Summary
In this interview, Pipes talks her experiences with RFL. She talks about the University of Kentucky, why she came, what she studied, and what type of a student she was. She talks about meeting Kakie Urch, working with Concert Committee, working with RFL, and working with the WRFL. She talks about the problems the radio station faced before and after it was one the air and some of the people who made the radio station possible.
