Interview Summary

David Burch is the mayor of Scottsville, elected via special election in October 2019. Burch shares the development history of Scottsville, the community's response to COVID-19, and his plans for the future of the Heart of Scottsville program. He explains the role of the Halcomb house in these plans, and how the Halcomb family has been involved in the region's education system.
