Kentucky Civil Rights Hall of Fame Oral History Project
Project Summary
The Kentucky Human Rights Commission, the University of Kentucky Office of Community Engagement and the Louie B. Nunn Center for Oral History partnered to celebrate the Kentucky Civil Rights Hall of Fame and record interviews with recent inductees. Topics include individual life stories, a description of life under segregation, the desegregation of education and public accommodations, as well as protests and demonstrations and other forms of activism.Project Code
