Interview Summary
In this interview, Alberta and Joe Issac discuss growing up in eastern Kentucky, and eventually coming to Lexington to open Burger Shake on New Circle Road. They talk about the success of their restaurant, and having no problems with discrimination in Lexington or Cumberland. The Issacs also discuss their beliefs concerning intermarriage and religion, and their extended family.Interview Accession
