Interview Summary

In this interview, Monroe talks about his involvement with WRFL and his involvement with other organizations. He begins by talking about how he became interested in RFL, the types of organizations he was involved with before RFL, what he contributed to the station, and his beliefs about what he wanted RFL to be at its developmental stage. He talks about some of the issues the station faced, from using a budget to working with WUKY. Finally, Monroe talks about some of the people who helped build WRFL, some of the memories he had of them, and some of the difficulties associated with those relationships.
