Interview Summary
In this interview Joseph Dumas Alain, a leader in one of Port-au-Prince's largest camps, explains how camp governments are formed, how they operate, and what kinds of challenges they face. He offers a strong critique of the work of NGOs in Haiti and in his camp in particular.
