Interview Summary

Mr. Crimmins begins giving his background information and speaks of the political machine in Louisville, Kentucky during the 1930's -1950's, and of Governor Wetherby's involvement in Louisville politics. He speaks of those who influenced Wetherby's reluctant decision to run for Lieutenant Governor on the Clements-Wetherby ballot, much influence the city of Louisville had on his successful campaign, and how much influence Wetherby had on Louisville as well.
