Interview Summary
Debbie Riddle discusses her own stalking experiences as a college student. She also discusses the abuse, stalking, and murder of her sister Peggy Klinke at the hands of ex-boyfriend Patrick Kennedy. Riddle discusses the course of Klinke's abusive relationship with Kennedy before ending the relationship. She details how Kennedy stalked Klinke and her family for years, eventually killing Klinke in her home in Turlock, California. Riddle discusses how Kennedy was able to find her sister from states away and how the criminal justice system failed Klinke. She details her work in stalking advocacy as well as advice for law enforcement, communities, and victims on how to stay safe and be aware of the dangers of stalking.Interview Accession
