Interview Summary

Christine Cetrulo, former assistant director of The Writing Program at the University of Kentucky, begins this interview describing the qualifications necessary for success in her field. She also describes what improvements she thinks should be made to the writing program, including new equipment and more space. Cetrulo describes the organizational structure of the writing program and explains that there is usually minimal conflict. The interview concludes with Cetrulo describing her personal habits and how her work affects her family life.
