Interview Summary
Ernesto Scorsone is a lawyer, politician, and judge from Kentucky. At the time of this interview he is serving as Fayette Circuit Court Judge. In this interview he discusses his personal background, his coming out experience, and the places in Kentucky where he felt welcome and those where he felt unwelcome. He talks about his early interest in politics, running for office, and his experience as an out gay man in politics. He talks about his involvement in passing LGBTQ-related legislation, as well as healthcare and education legislation.Interview Accession
