Interview Summary

Elizabeth and Fred Manzi are New Jersey natives who relocated to Kentucky with their family for a change of scenery. Fred Manzi talks about finding the Christian Appalachian Project (CAP), becoming foster parents at the Family Life Center, and working with home repair for CAP. Elizabeth and Fred look back on their time in Kentucky and say that it was an adventure where they learned how to take care of themselves during difficult times under rural conditions and connect and relate to other Kentuckians.
