Peg Hays is the co-founder and president of Casey Jones Distillery in Western Kentucky. She talks about growing up in Kentucky, attending the University of Kentucky and completing her degree in Radio and Marketing, working in radio and her family's business, Herb Hays Furniture Store, before opening Casey Jones Distillery in 2014.Interview Accession
