Interview Summary
In this second interview, Frazier goes into more detail about the trials, tribulations, and triumphs of founding the University of Kentucky OutSource Center. The interviewee's activism on behalf of free speech rights and the First Amendment at the University of Kentucky is highlighted. Frazier also talks at length about how he became involved in an attempt to establish a Fairness Ordinance in his home county, Powell County, Kentucky. He discusses the changes he has observed in the LGBTQ community over the years and his hopes for the future.Interview Accession
