Interview Summary

Interview with Harold R. Hamilton, originally from Sadieville, Kentucky, about his WWII combat experiences in the Pacific and the Philippines as a member of the 38th Division, 149th Infantry, Co. H in 1944-1945. Hamilton was part of the division that rescued prisoners of war in Bataan, and was personally involved in the capture of Japanese collaborator Pio Duran.
