Interview Summary
Donna Cox grew up in Harlan County and her parents raised a garden. She talks about the different chores she did, playing with her sisters, and the animals that they had as pets. At the time of the interview, Cox and her husband were high school teachers planning to retire in six years to farm full time. Cox talks about the differences in how she was raised and how she raises her children and talks about the different activities they are involved in. She shares her opinions on the future of agriculture and talks about the way it has changed.Interview Accession
