In this interview, Wilson W. Wyatt talks about his career as mayor of Louisville, President Franklin Delano Roosevelt?s appeal, and Governor Happy Chandler?s opposition to the New Deal. Wyatt describes changes in Kentucky politics during the New Deal and how Louisville as well as the rest of the state was impacted.
