Interview Summary
Paul Patton recounted lifelong service both public and private to engineering related activities, particularly relating to transportation in Kentucky. He spoke about his experiences as Deputy Secretary of Transportation, County Judge/Executive and Governor of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Topics ranged from proposals for funding mechanisms to specific initiatives to address rural road needs.
