Interview Summary

Aaron Mansfield is a minister at The Rock/La Roca Methodist Church on the north side of Lexington, Kentucky. Although he considers his primary job to be ministry through prayer, he also ministers through gardening. He and church members garden together, feeding the people in the neighborhood and building community. Since Arlington School, across the street from the church, is under renovation, they have moved their garden to land provided by First Methodist Church in the affluent suburb of Andover.
