Interview Summary
This is an interview with Bill Crank, the owner of CrankWorks Bicycles, a new bicycle shop in Lexington. Crank previously worked at another bicycle shop and he states that his management experience there gave him the knowledge and foundation needed to run his own store. He also mentions that he is a member of the competitive cycling community, which his niche in the Lexington bicycle market.Interview Accession
