Frank B. Simpson, former superintendent of Jefferson County Public Schools, talks about his time at the University of Kentucky for most of the interview. Simpson discusses the advantage attending the University of Kentucky gave him and how it helped him in his future career in education. He also talks about racial integration during his time in college, as well as throughout his career as a teacher, principal, and superintendent.
