Interview Summary
Maurice (Mo) Mercier, a CAP director and founder of the CAP Group Home for Teenage Boys, is interviewed by Gil Rosenberg for the Oral History Project. Mercier discusses his religious background, his introduction to CAP, and the founding of the group home for male juvenile delinquents during the 1970s. Mercier discusses the operations, goals, and success rate of the group home during his time working there.
