Interview Summary

This is an interview with musician Jim Fox. It begins with a discussion of Jim Fox's first band, Tom King and the Starfires. He then moves on to talk about his second band, The Guv'nors, and his time at Cleveland Institute of Music.
Fox then talks about forming and playing with The James Gang. He talks about the various guitarists that played with the band, as well as the roadies that accompanied the band touring.
The two discuss drug and alcohol use amongst musicians, and have an in-depth discussion about The Beach Boys' Brian Wilson. He also talks about recording at Cleveland Recording Studio. Fox then talks about his work with manager Mike Belken and other recording studios in Cleveland (Ohio). The interview ends with a discussion about other audio engineers.
