Interview Summary
Former University of Kentucky football player Wilbur Hackett talks about his life as a young boy growing up in Louisville, Kentucky, and as a football player. His college ball was played at the University of Kentucky, and he gives his personal and very passionate memories of what took place the day UK football player Greg Page was injured and the atmosphere after Greg Page died. Race was definitely a factor, but Wilbur Hackett expresses why he is overall very proud of his time as a football player at the University of Kentucky.Interview Accession
