Interview Summary
Louis Stout, from Cynthiana, Kentucky talks about his life in his hometown as an athlete, going off to college in Colorado, graduating and making life decisions whether to stay in Colorado or come home, then returning to Kentucky to teach and coach at the all-Black schools in Lexington. He also talks quite a bit about the journey of becoming the first African American Commissioner of the Kentucky High School Athletics Association (KHSAA), and all the challenges and rewards.Interview Accession
