Interview Summary

In this second interview with Wheeler Stinson, he discusses police informants, theft and the burgeoning illegal practice of marijuana growth in the mountains. Russell Stockton discusses how much police investigations rely on informants and shares some of his views on law enforcement and the importance of fairness and impartiality.
