Interview Summary

Hana Admassu was born in Ethiopia and immigrated to the United States at age 18. She served as a Peace Corps Youth Development and Response Volunteer in Ukraine for a duration of four years. She was evacuated in March 2020 due to COVID-19. Her experiences serving in Ukraine included developing long-term relationships with her community and working with youth in the area of HIV/AIDS.
