Interview Summary
Crum discusses his childhood in Martin County, including his childhood home and the ways in which they acquired water and disposed of waste. Crum discusses how the county handles white goods, including a successful buyback program. Crum discusses the issues of illegal dumps and roadside litter. Crum also talks about the importance of education and enforcement. Crum discusses the progress that has been made in the county thanks to PRIDE.
