Keightley begins the interview with a discussion of new coach Billy Gillispie's recruiting efforts, and Keightley's role as unofficial diplomat to the parents of recruits on campus visits. He then discusses players from the late 90s and early 2000s, particularly those players who were less well known, and how they came to be recruited.
