Interview Summary
Billy Graham's mother, Morrow Coffey Graham, discusses her son's childhood as she remembers it and his conversion through Mordecai Ham's 1934 revival. She also talks about the prayer meeting that resulted in Ham's invitation to Charlotte, North Carolina, as well as the men involved in that prayer meeting. The effect of this revival on Billy Graham is also discussed, as well as his mother's opinion of what his theology is centered around, how his childhood church involvement influenced him later in life, and the different influences of Ham and John Minder.Interview Accession
