Interview Summary
In this interview, Thai Tran discusses being born in Ben Tre, Vietnam which is located in the MeKong Delta. He talks about how after a year in Saigon, followed by a year in a refugee center in the Philippines, Tran's large family moved to Louisville, Kentucky when he was six. Tran explains that though his parents gardened in their backyard, growing a few Vietnamese specialties, he has begun a more elaborate backyard project with his wife, Jacinda, that has included rabbits and currently includes chickens. Tran also discusses recently changing over to organic methods.Interview Accession
